-One piece Honduran Mahogany neck and body -Hot hide glue construction; neck set, truss rod filler strip (eastern maple), and fingerboard -Eastern hard-rock maple top: adhered using a Urea-formaldehyde adhesive -Holly headstock vaneer -Mother of Pearl inlaid logo -Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard -Celluloid nitrate trapezoid inlays -1950's correct 17 degree angled headstock -1950's style single action 3/16 steel truss rod with polished washer & brass nut -Period correct nylon 6/6 nut (Nut radius and surrounding frets are working away from a 16" radius to facilitate slide playing) -Strung 19-65 flatwound - tuned to open C -Kluson keystone button tuners, non-branded - aged in house -Pigtail vintage replica, 32 gram aluminum wraparound bridge - grooved back without counter bores, just like the originals -Vintage correct long bridge studs with extra long bushings -ThroBak KZ-90 '52/'54 Soapbar pickups -1954' style full "C" neck profile -1959 spec nickel-silver medium/high fret-wire -ViPots -Metered and matched audio taper Centralab inspired pots (swapped in after these photo were taken) -Speed knobs with period correct numeric font; aged in house -Period correct volume indicator washers, with a soft rounded over point -Luxe Paper In Oil (PIO) "Grey Tiger" capacitors -Luxe #8 gauge black PVC Tubing inside wiring cavity - which even smells old -Custom order Luxe braided metal shield #22 AWG ORANGE Cloth 7-Strand Tinned Copper Hook-Up Wire -ABS rear control cavity covers, in vintage correct brown colour -Switchcraft jack -Switchcraft toggle switch -Catalin toggle switch tip turned from vintage rod samples and UV aged in-house (like on my window sill for months) -Vintage correct #19 AWG Tinned Copper Ground Wire -Orange spagetti cloth insulation covering for grounds -1950's accurate aniline dyed brown pore filler and period correct bronze flake gold finish -Unplasticized nitrocellulose lacquer finish.
