-One piece Honduran Mahogany neck and body -Hot hide glue construction; neck set, truss rod filler strip (eastern maple), and fingerboard -Custom art gold ink headstock silk screen applied with 50's era thread count mesh. -Mother of Pearl inlaid logo -Cocobolo fingerboard -Celluloid nitrate dot inlays, hand punched and installed to slightly shrink back into inlay cavity -1950's correct 17 degree angled headstock -1950's style single action 3/16 steel truss rod with polished washer & brass nut -Period correct nylon 6/6 nut (Nut radius and surrounding frets are working away from a 16" radius to facilitate slide playing) -Strung 17-56 Stringjoy custom string - tuned to open C -Kluson 6-inline strip button tuners, in-house replaced ivroid buttons - aged in house -Pigtail vintage replica, 32 gram aluminum wraparound bridge - grooved back without counter bores, just like the originals -Vintage correct long bridge studs with extra long bushings -1956 vintage P90 sitting in until Ron Ellis dogear is ready -1956' style medium full "C" neck profile -1959 spec nickel-silver medium/high fret-wire -ViPots -Metered and matched audio taper Centralab inspired pots -Speed knobs with period correct numeric font; aged in house -Period correct volume indicator washers, with a soft rounded over point -Luxe Paper In Oil (PIO) "Bumble Bee" capacitor -Luxe #8 gauge black PVC Tubing inside wiring cavity - which even smells old -Custom order Luxe braided metal shield #22 AWG ORANGE Cloth 7-Strand Tinned Copper Hook-Up Wire -Celluloid 4 ply rear control cavity cover, in tort pattern -Switchcraft jack -Vintage correct #19 AWG Tinned Copper Ground Wire -1950's accurate aniline dyed brown pore filler and period correct opaque yellow with aniline dye tobacco brown burst -Unplasticized nitrocellulose lacquer finish.
